General rental conditions:
Mounting and protection
All the prints are delivered matted.
They must be framed and protected under glass by those in charge of the
exhibition
Transportation
Transportation expenses to and from the exhibition site are to be covered
by the exhibition organizer.
Insurance
Insurance coverage: 150 € per photograph.
Extent of rental period
Rental fees are for a month, and for one and the same exhibition site.
Longer exhibitions can be arranged.
Participation by the photographer
Should you wish the photographer to be present for the opening of the
exhibition, this can be arranged. Transportation and daily expenses are
to be covered by the exhibition organizer.
Payment conditions
Payment is to be effected at the time the exhibition is reserved for rental.
